Human resource management and impact on an organization by Kumudu



A solid human resource team is required by any organization that works with people. It aids in the

 development of an organization's efficiency and prosperity. Banking has always been and will continue

 to be a "PEOPLES BUSINESS."(Josh, 2016)

The banking business is mostly service-oriented, which emphasizes the importance of human resource

 management. The most serious difficulty facing the banking sector is managing financial and

 economic risks as well as the organization's management personnel in the banking process.




Requirement and Deployment

 
The financial risk of the bank regularly taken has manage by the efficient and skilled employees in the

organization. The human resource department responsible for select such talented employees and

obtain in most suitable positions in bank.

In the banking sector banks have to keep their attention to the customer satisfaction as well as the

Financial and economic risk.

The employees working at the front line has to deal with customers and the most eligible to working up

front line. So human resource department has sever responsibility to select such a talented employees

who can manage the front line properly in the bank.

As well as human resource department need to make sure that the candidates who selected in the bank

conduct necessary training programme before the giving appointments. Furthermore they are aware of

the customer relationship and core banking industry as well.


Recruitments

The human resource department most concern their attention to both about the quality and the

quantity requirements in the bank and human resource department of the bank need to plan about

recruitments. Because banking industry is always changing. Digital platforms are introduced to bank

sector and customer base have embraced it very willingly. So that scenario of the banking sector there

 is need to incorporate youth energy in work.


Balancing veterans and novices


Hence the human resource department is responsible for older employees as well, because they have

more experience than new recruitments. Human resources department have responsible to guide them

to new trend of the bank and need to undergo necessary training programme and should be evaluated

them.

Value assignment


Any employee wants to be appreciated. it is the responsibility of the organization to convince them of

 their value. The organization need identify the value of the employee and need to treat them as the

 wish. In that case employee has bound with the company and donate his maximum contribution to the

 company.



So the banking sector is a wide financial and economic industry based in hard workers with digital

platforms. Human resource department has major responsibility to keep their manpower with

organization.
